Why the order matters
New drywall and paint over a basement that is still taking on water will be wet again. We start with the cause, make sure the drainage is working, and then repair the damage so it lasts.
Mold and sewage backups. Large mold problems and sewage cleanup are specialist work with their own safety rules. We will tell you if yours needs a specialist.
Common questions
Should I repair the drywall right away?
Fix the cause first. If water can still get in, new drywall and paint will be wet again. Once the basement is dry and the drainage is working, repairs hold.
What if what I need is not on your list?
Ask. If it is connected to water damage or to your basement, we may be able to handle it, and if not we will say so.
Do you handle mold or sewage cleanup?
