What this site collects and why.
What you send us
When you use a form on this site, you give us your name, phone number and any other details you type. We use them to contact you about your request, and we keep a record of it. We do not sell your information.
Basement check
The basement check runs in your browser. If you choose to book from the result, a short summary of your answers is sent with your request.
Analytics and advertising
We use analytics tools to see how people use this site and which marketing brings in calls and requests. These tools may set cookies and receive information such as pages viewed, device type and the campaign that brought you here. We also keep campaign details from the link you arrived on, such as UTM tags, and send them with a form if you submit one.
Weather notices
The site may check the National Weather Service for flood alerts and heavy rain forecasts for the Quad Cities area. That request does not include any information about you beyond what your browser sends with any web request.
Maps
Our service area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser details, as any website you visit would.
